If you are not happy with the quality of the product, we will provide you with a full refund if we believe you have given us valid reasoning with your dissatisfaction.
All you need to do is send us an email within 7 days of your purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org providing a reason why you were not satisfied with the quality of the product.
You will receive an email notifying you when we have initiated the refund if we believe Decadence is at fault.
Decadence is not responsible for any damage to purchased products after it has been collected. It is the customers responsibility to provide safe transportation for the product.
If the product is damaged or broken prior to collection, we will provide you with a full refund, and a discount on your next order.
